2010 was a slow year for movies

And somewhere between June and August, I stopped caring about what I watch anymore. I also lost my movie list from September to December after mindlessly deleting the note I used to keep in my cellphone. So in a nutshell, my movie life in 2010 was almost meaningless.

From watching 104 movies last 2009, for 2010, I was down to twenty. Thirty-five if you count my missing movies from September to December. Thirty-two if we disregard the repeats (I saw 500 Days of Summer and Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 twice; that I am sure of). Maybe even more if I remember where my June to August went.

  1. Sherlock Holmes
  2. Inglorious Basterds
  3. The Ten
  4. Daybreakers
  5. Party Monster

  6. February
  7. Did You Hear About the Morgans
  8. Charlie Bartlett
  9. Beneath
  10. Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist

  11. March
  12. Miss You Like Crazy
  13. Alice in Wonderland
  14. Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants 2

  15. April
  16. Whip It
  17. My Best Friend's Girl
  18. Where the Wild Things Are
  19. The Blind Side

  20. May
  21. Iron Man 2
  22. The Lovely Bones
  23. Jennifer's Body
  24. Up in the Air
  25. The Fantastic Mr. Fox
I must say that it was pretty depressing to lose that list, among other things that I lost this year. This was the year I watched movies for pleasure, not really caring about how many horrible movies I can force myself to watch. But oh well, whatever movies I've forgotten that I've seen, I can always rewatch this year.

There wasn't much to watch last year, but in 2011 a lot of must-see movies are waiting in line.
