We've heard this cliche a thousand times before: beauty is relative. And in some cases, so are beauty secrets. As far as beauty secrets go, mine are not really privileged information. If you read through my list, maybe you'll think about how you never thought about it before, just like I did when I first stumbled upon these tips. But beauty really is simple and achievable if you are well-informed, if you know yourself and your body well, and if you are open to trying new things.
1. Exercise. I gained A LOT of weight after I graduated from college. So to get me back in shape, I tried to join my office mates after work whenever they played badminton. I then noticed a sudden shift in my complexion. Turns out, exercising improves blood circulation and oxygen level in your body. Better circulation translates to better distribution of nutrients to the skin cells, which then improves your complexion.
