The fall and winter collections may be all about the metallics this year, but one color stands out for its philanthropic affiliation. As October has been touted as the National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, with this, the color pink takes the limelight as being the official color for the cause. More than the Pink Ribbon, the international symbol for breast cancer awareness, organizations around the world set up Pink Days or days when everyone is encouraged to dress up in their best pinks.
