My 100th Movie Was Julie and Julia

For the past 2 years, I have made being able to watch 100 movies in a year as one of my many inane personal life goals; this was my pathetic excuse for not being able to read 100 books in 365 days. At first I thought it was going to be easy: 9 movies a month and by the end of the year, I had, should have, finished a minimum of 108 movies. That is if Real Life does not get in the way. To cut this awkward introductory paragraph short, Real Life got in the way and for 2 years, I have been failing at this inane personal goal.

But not this year.

This year, my 100th movie was Julie and Julia; my 101st was 2012. Tell me I have no Real Life to speak of this year, but stick and stones. I crossed off one of the things on my non-existent bucket list (I should make one), and I can now move on to more inane, useless goals to immerse myself in.

ON TO TEH LIST!
Man, do people still use TEH and !!111one!11?

Pulp Fiction is a great film to start the year isn't it? Inspires you to beat someone to death on a boxing match!

I'll want to see you make a 10 best and worst from this hundred.

@Nightdreamer, indeed! I don't know why it took me that long to watch Pulp Fiction. And yes to your suggestion! I will probably write the best and worst from this list. Thanks!

...and you still saw Pulp Fiction earlier than I did. I saw it just last month, just before seeing Inglourious Basterds, which you'll dig if you like Pulp Fiction (which, I do).

Kath, the trick is I watch at least two movies every weekend. Also, I think I barely went out last August. Lol.

Hmm, this looks like a fun project! I'll try to track down what I've watched this year and make up the same list (kung aabot). Parang gusto ko na rin isama yung mga plays, cos I watched a few this year, too.

Hey Alex, you can do 100 Plays! But yeah, there aren't that much staged in the PH, if you only count mainstream plays, though. But 100 movies is a great project! Even if I watched mostly commercial ones, my previous attempts have some good titles in the mix.
